Holiday In Paradise: Sandi Hangs 10 – You can join in the decade celebration of a West Palm Beach icon: Sandi, the world’s only 35-foot, 700-ton holiday sand tree! As the star of the city’s annual Holiday in Paradise, Sandi attracts visitors from all around to see one of the Palm Beaches’ most-famous and beloved holiday traditions. The Clematis by Night Holiday Tree Lighting takes place on Thursday, December 2nd starting at 6pm. Sandi will be illuminated along with other sand sculptures for the first time this season while attendees enjoy live music, entertainment and more. You can check out Sandi’s famed nightly music and light shows every 15 minutes from 6:00pm to 10:00pm every evening through December 30. Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade – The 2021 “Merry and Bright” Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade kicks off the holiday season on Saturday, December 4th. Starting in North Palm Beach and concluding at the Jupiter Lighthouse, the parade also serves as a water-based toy drive partnering with the U.S. Marine Reserves Toys for Tots organization. A “toy fleet” of boats will pull right up along the route to pick up donations. There are plenty of public parks and places along the route to see the show including Juno Park, Bert Winters Park, Waterway Park, Sawfish Bay Park, Jupiter Riverwalk, Harbourside Place, and Lighthouse Park. Hobe Sound Annual Christmas Parade – The Hobe Sound Chamber will host the 35th Annual Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 4th. The Bridge Road Main Street Ribbon Cutting will also take place prior to the parade at 12:30pm in front of the Chamber Building. The parade begins at 1:00pm led by the Martin County Sheriff’s Department followed by dignitaries, vintage cars, floats, marchers, trucks, school bands and much more. Put on your favorite festive holiday apparel, grab a chair, and meet your friends and neighbors for this fantastic event happening 10:30am – 2:30pm. Jupiter Farms Community Parade & Craft Fair – The 20th Annual Community Parade and Craft Fair will take place on Sunday, December 5 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Jupiter Farms Park – Jupiter Horsemen’s Association Sand Arena. Come out and enjoy local craft artisans, a food truck invasion and meet Santa Claus after the parade! The Parade will be on Sandy Run Road, starting at 12:30pm at Alexander Run and ending at Jupiter Farms Road. The purpose of this event is to provide the community with a family and horse friendly event around the traditions of our neighborhood.
